With education becoming an increasing priority to the Cambodian people, the inclusion of good-quality English speaking classes into the public school curriculum is of high value. Currently, becoming fluent in the English language is becoming increasingly necessary for serviced-based jobs and furthering education at University level. Private schools and independent English classes are popular for many Cambodians but are certainly not affordable to lower income families. Volunteers who choose to bring their skills and talents to the teaching world here in Cambodian are not required to have previous teaching experience but are encouraged to engage and be flexible and proactive!
